Who are we?
Keemet is a digital product company founded in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo. We build software for African schools, hospitals and institutions. For any questions about this policy, contact us at [email protected].
Data we collect
Contact form
When you contact us via the form, we collect your name, email address, organisation (optional), subject and message. This data is transmitted to Formspree (formspree.io), which stores it on our behalf and forwards it to us by email. Formspree is subject to its own privacy policy. We do not store your data in our own database in Phase 1.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, self-hosted on our own server, to measure website traffic - no data is sent to a third-party analytics company. Plausible is cookieless, collects no personally identifiable data, and is GDPR compliant. No consent banner is required. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous.
Data we do not collect
- We do not use tracking cookies
- We do not sell data to third parties
- We do not use advertising pixels (Facebook, Google Ads, etc.)
How we use data
Contact form data is used solely to:
- Respond to your message or request
- Follow up on a partnership or demo request
We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
Data retention
Messages received via the form are kept in our email inbox for as long as needed for follow-up, then deleted. We do not maintain a contact database in Phase 1.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct and delete your data. To exercise these rights, send an email to [email protected] describing your request. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes
This policy may be updated. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. We will clearly indicate any material changes.
